HDMI Scanline generator

This is a general purpose scanline video effect generator for HDMI connection.

It allows you to get better view for low resolution graphics displayed on a modern large screen high resolution LCD monitor.

The scan lines added to the game screen are done by hardware. Any game that needs to add a scan line can be done by linking the device, and you do not need to do any other settings.

The scanner is a self-powered device and does not require an external power supply.

Operations:

- EVEN / ODD: Scan line odd or even number switch

- WIDTH: Width switch (Dual or singular scan lines)

- ON / OFF: Scanline effect switch

- VSYNC: Image resolution adapter switch

- R/G/B: Red, Green, and Blue adjust
